Pasta Salad Made from Leftovers
The perfect pasta salad made from leftovers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the marinade:
- 1 piece Diced from the carrot
- 1 Onion
- 2 Gherkins
- 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 4 Discs Cooked ham
- 1 Cup Canned corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon Chive rolls
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 80% fat
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt 10% fat
- 2 tablespoon Pickled cucumber stock
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 Pinches Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 2 Splash Maggi
- Cook the pasta with the diced carrots in salted water until they are firm to the bite and then pour them into a colander to drain and cool. Finely dice the cucumber, boiled ham, onion and the hard-boiled eggs and place in a bowl with the drained carrot noodles.
- Pour the corn kernels, chives rolls and all the ingredients for the marinade on top, mix well and let the salad soak in the fridge for a few hours. Season again to taste before serving.
- We took this leftover pasta salad with us on a trip as provisions and simply ate it with cold meatballs.
