  1. Calculate about 2 sausages per person.

The sauce

  1. Put the halved plums in a saucepan with the juice. Drain this through a sieve to remove any seeds that may be present. Now fill the pot with 1 liter of cola and reduce this mixture to about half a liter on low heat for about 1.5 hours. Puree everything with the magic wand. Add the juice from a lemon (without seeds) and season with the ketchup and spices. Slice the onions with a V-shaped slicer and add them to the sauce. Depending on your taste, you can vary the sharpness. The sauce has a pleasant curry taste. The spicy paparika powder comes in the finish. The consistency of the sauce remains unchanged, which is why you can leave it in the saucepan on a low flame and fry the sausages one after the other.

Serving

  1. Place the fried sausages on a plate and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with curry powder. French fries, water wakes or both go well with it 🙂 Good luck and bon appetite.
