Potato and Cheese Casserole

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 150 g Processed cheese
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  1. Boil and peel potatoes; Cut the potatoes and ham into strips and place in the baking dish. Also cut the mushrooms into strips.
