Spare Ribs with Sauce!
The perfect spare ribs with sauce! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinate 1/2 day:
- 1,5 kg Spare ribs
- 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Steak seasoning
or
- 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon Onion rings
- 1 Pc. Plastic box
fry + sauce:
- 2 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
extinguish:
- 200 ml Dornfelder
- Fund
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 Pc. Bay leaves
Spaghetti-salad :
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 1 packet Salad herbs
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
