- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 4 tsp Soy sauce
Quark
- 250 g Quark
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Herbal mixture

- 1 Pepper fresh
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Lettuce
- 100 g Corn
Instructions
Spare ribs
- Put the spare ribs in apple juice in the morning, this will make the meat nice and soft. Pre-cook the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. And later briefly put in the oven to bake again.
- Boil the sparribs in water and then place them on a baking sheet. Now rub in the marinade and bake at 150 ° C until golden brown.
