  • 4 tsp Soy sauce

Quark

  • 250 g Quark
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Herbal mixture

salad

  • 1 piece Pepper fresh
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Lettuce
  • 100 g Corn
