Ingredients
- 4 kg Pork ribs
- For the marinade:
- 500 ml Olive oil
- 4 heads Garlic in fine slices who of course likes less
- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 tbsp Dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Vegeta
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Wash the ribs, pat dry, brush with the marinade, pour the rest on top and leave to soak in for a night.
- Place on two baking trays and at 160 degrees for 2 hours in the oven increase the last 10 minutes to 200 degrees until they are nice and crispy.
