Egg Spread

The perfect egg spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Vinegar essence
  • 1 breeze Sugar
  • Maggi
  • Freshly smooth parsley leaves
  • Salt pepper
  • 80 g Mayonnaise
  • Cream
  1. Boil the eggs hard [10 min], peel and cut into small cubes and place in a bowl with the mayonnaise
  2. Add the chopped parsley, a few drops of vinegar essence, a pinch of sugar, Maggi seasoning, salt and pepper; mix everything
  3. If the spread is too stiff, thin it with a little cream
