Egg Spread
The perfect egg spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- Vinegar essence
- 1 breeze Sugar
- Maggi
- Freshly smooth parsley leaves
- Salt pepper
- 80 g Mayonnaise
- Cream
- Boil the eggs hard [10 min], peel and cut into small cubes and place in a bowl with the mayonnaise
- Add the chopped parsley, a few drops of vinegar essence, a pinch of sugar, Maggi seasoning, salt and pepper; mix everything
- If the spread is too stiff, thin it with a little cream
