Pasta with Spicy Sauce

The perfect pasta with spicy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 150 g Frozen peas
  • 1 cups Brunch peppers – hot peppers
  • Leaf parsley
  • 125 g Pasta per person, weighed raw
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cut turkey escalope into cubes, carrot into sticks and onion into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the turkey and onions and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 250 ml of water. Add the carrot sticks and peas and simmer for a few minutes. Then put in a saucepan. Stir in the brunch paprika peppers and let them get hot. Possibly thicken a little with cornstarch if the sauce is too thin. Finally, stir in the finely chopped leaf parsley. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
