Nectarine Dessert

The perfect nectarine dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Nectarines approx. 500 g
  • 250 g Quark 40%
  • 250 g Yogurt 1.5%
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Strong pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 g Cooking cream (½ pack / here: From HANSANO)
  • 4 Stems / tips of mint for garnish
  1. Halve the nectarines, remove the core, peel, dice and chop / mix with a hand blender. Add 250 g quark, 250 g yogurt, 1 vanilla sugar, 1 big pinch of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 100 g cooking cream, mix with a hand blender, divide into 4 dessert bowls, garnish with mint and serve.
