~ Mediterranean Garlic Prawns from Grill ~
The perfect ~ mediterranean garlic prawns from grill ~ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Frozen prawns with headless shells
- 250 ml Olive oil
- 1 piece Round clove of garlic
- 4 piece Limes fresh
- Sea salt from the mill n.B.
- Black pepper from the mill n.B.
- Parsley n.d.
- Defrost the frozen prawns and place them next to each other on an aluminum grill tray.
- Cut the peeled clove of garlic into small cubes and mix them with the olive oil. (Waiting time approx. 15min)
- Use a brush to brush the prawns with the olive oil and garlic mixture. Then season with the pepper, salt and plenty of parsley.
- Now grill the garlic prawns for about 5 minutes on each side. Make sure that the olive oil can drip through the bowl and ignite on the charcoal !!!
- Let the prawns cool down briefly before peeling them. Enjoy the prawns with a garlic dip, with the juice of the lime and with baguette bread. Enjoy your meal!
