Austrian Semolina Dumplings

  • 150 g Semolina
  • 40 g Butter
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • 2 piece Bread roll
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 piece Onion
  • Parsley crispy fresh
  • Salt

preparation

  1. Toast the finely chopped onion in a little oil or butter. Briefly toast the diced bread from the day before with the parsley.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil, add the butter and salt and then slowly pour in the semolina.
