Sunday Skewers: Beef, Paprika, Zucchini, Onion, Pineapple!
The perfect sunday skewers: beef, paprika, zucchini, onion, pineapple! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Zucchini:
- Zucchini fresh from the garden, wash, remove ends, cut into strips, blanch. Put in a U shape.
Paprika :
- Peppers fresh from the garden, wash, clean, wash out inside, cut. My peppers are changing their color to yellow.
Onion :
- peel and cut into pieces.
Pineapple:

Flesh :

Dumplings:
- Wash the chives and cut. Cut the bacon into very small cubes. Peel and dice the onion + fry with bacon, leave to cool.
- Measure the water in a bowl. Add the chives, then the cooled bacon. Now stir in the powder while stirring with the whisk. Let soak for 10 minutes, then roll the dumplings with wet hands.
- Let it slide into boiling salted water. Let it steep for approx. 20 minutes.
