Self-pressed Carrots – Apple Juice

The perfect self-pressed carrots – apple juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Carrots
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 tbsp Rice honey
  • 1 tsp Oil
  1. Brush the carrots well (do not need to be peeled)
  2. Wash the apple, cut in half, quarter and only cut off the flower and stem.
  3. Put the carrots through a juicer, process the pieces of apples in between.
  4. Stir in the rice honey and the oil into the finished juice … put in glasses and just enjoy – you know what you have 🙂
