Apple Juice with Hint of Lemon
The perfect apple juice with hint of lemon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 kg Apples fresh
- Sugar
- 3 piece Lemon balm sprig
- 1 Steam extractor
- Water
- Wash apples, cut in half or quarter, put in the basket of the steam extractor
- Wash lemon balm, pluck leaves and flowers and add to the apples
- Sprinkle sugar over it to taste (I take between 50 and 200 grams, depending on the degree of ripeness of the apples)
- Now bring the water in the steamer to a boil and extract the juice from the apples. This can take up to 3 hours.
- Pour the hot juice into clean and hot rinsed glass bottles and enjoy after cooling
