Pork Loin with Mushrooms
The perfect pork loin with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pork loin
- 1 Pork loin – about 600-650 grams
- Salt
- Pepper

- 1 Onion
- 200 g Ham cubes
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 200 g Cream
- 200 ml White wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Milk if necessary
- Parsley
Pork loin
- Parry the loin, wash, pat dry with salt and pepper and fry all around in a pan with hot oil — remove and set aside
sauce
- Peel the onion into small cubes, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Sauté the onion with the ham in the roasting fat, add the mushrooms and let everything simmer a little.
- Now deglaze with the cream and white wine, season with salt and pepper and, if necessary, pour some me on
- Add the pork loin again and simmer on a low flame for approx. 15 minutes with the lid closed.
Serving
- Slice the loin and serve sprinkled with the sauce and a little parsley.
- We had potatoes with it – bon appetit; 🙂
