- 500 g Boneless smoked pork loin
- 1 Red Paprika
- Fresh celery leaves
- 1 Bay leaf
- 200 ml Apple juice
- Cut the Kassler into 2 parts and place in a baking dish, cut the cleaned paprika into small pieces and distribute it on the meat, now break the bay leaf into 3 parts and distribute it, place the celery leaves on top and finally pour the apple juice – cover on and off in the oven – cook at 170 degrees with convection for about 50 minutes.
