Pork Loin with Mushrooms

The perfect pork loin with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pork loin

  • 1 Pork loin – about 600-650 grams
  • Salt
  • Pepper

sauce

  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Ham cubes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Cream
  • 200 ml White wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Milk if necessary
  • Parsley

Pork loin

  1. Parry the loin, wash, pat dry with salt and pepper and fry all around in a pan with hot oil — remove and set aside

  1. Peel the onion into small cubes, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Sauté the onion with the ham in the roasting fat, add the mushrooms and let everything simmer a little.
  3. Now deglaze with the cream and white wine, season with salt and pepper and, if necessary, pour some me on
  4. Add the pork loin again and simmer on a low flame for approx. 15 minutes with the lid closed.

Serving

  1. Slice the loin and serve sprinkled with the sauce and a little parsley.
