Yellow Barbecue Sauce, Fruity / Hot

The perfect yellow barbecue sauce, fruity / hot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Yellow tomatoes
  • 400 gr Yellow pepper
  • 400 gr Canned corn
  • 400 gr Pineapple fresh
  • 400 gr Orange juice
  • 1 piece Yellow hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Honey – mustard from Maille au Miel
  • Curry, salt, sugar, soft balsamic vinegar from Condimento
  • A few drops of Tabasco to taste
  1. Cut everything into pieces and boil in a saucepan for about 30 minutes until the liquid is reduced. Puree everything and pass through a sieve (rub) with vinegar, sugar, salt, curry and then mustard. If it is not spicy enough, you can add a few drops of Tabasco. Fill the bottle while it is still hot and turn a few minutes upside down and then turn it around again so that the bottle sucks. Delicious :-))
