Foccacia Also Called Cescentina.

The perfect foccacia also called cescentina. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bag Dry yeast
  • 500 g Spelled flour
  • 120 Milliliters Lukewarm water
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil I took basil oil)
  • 10 g Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried basil
  1. Mix the flour, yeast and salt. I also added dried basil. You can vary that as you want. Olives, tomatoes etc.
  2. Slowly pour in the lukewarm water while kneading.

  5. Knead well again. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200C under heat.

  7. Put the middle rack in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 – 20 minutes depending on the oven.
