Strawberry and Avocado Salad

The perfect strawberry and avocado salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 150 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 Fresh avocado
  • 125 g Mozzarella minis
  • 2 Stems Basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Bring the sugar and balsamic vinegar to the boil in a saucepan and simmer over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Let cool in a small bowl. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Peel off the peel and cut the pulp into slices. Pluck the basil from the stems. Place the avocado slices, strawberry slices and mozzarella minis on the plates. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Serve sprinkled with basil leaves.
