- 120 g Rice parboiled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 30 g Branded butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 20 g Branded butter
- 4 Discs Pineapple canned drained
- 1 Tip of Lemon balm for garnish
- Cook the rice with salt in boiling water for 20 minutes, then place in a colander to drain. Now add 30 g butter with a pinch of salt to the rice pot and fry until the butter begins to brown. Remove the pan from the heat, add the rice and stir vigorously immediately.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan and fry the drained pineapple slices in it until they start to brown on the edge.
- For each rice tartlet, place a fried pineapple slice on pre-warmed plates if possible, place a small ring filled with rice on top, carefully remove the ring and top the tartlet with another pineapple slice; Serve garnished with a delicate tip of lemon balm.
