Fruity Rice Side Dish in Tartlet Form …

The perfect fruity rice side dish in tartlet form … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Rice parboiled
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 30 g Branded butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 20 g Branded butter
  • 4 Discs Pineapple canned drained
  • 1 Tip of Lemon balm for garnish
  1. Cook the rice with salt in boiling water for 20 minutes, then place in a colander to drain. Now add 30 g butter with a pinch of salt to the rice pot and fry until the butter begins to brown. Remove the pan from the heat, add the rice and stir vigorously immediately.
  2. Heat 20 g butter in a pan and fry the drained pineapple slices in it until they start to brown on the edge.
  3. For each rice tartlet, place a fried pineapple slice on pre-warmed plates if possible, place a small ring filled with rice on top, carefully remove the ring and top the tartlet with another pineapple slice; Serve garnished with a delicate tip of lemon balm.
