Stuffed Pork Roulades

The perfect stuffed pork roulades recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pork roulades
  • 4 Discs Raw ham
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 750 ml Broth
  • 200 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the roulades, dab and season with salt and pepper, NOT TOO MUCH, BECAUSE THE CHEESE AND HAM ARE SOME SALTY.
  2. Now put the ham on the roulades and spread some cheese on top. Save the rest of the cheese for the sauce
  3. Sprinkle with half of the washed and finely chopped herbs, roll up and secure with roulade needles.
  4. Heat some fat in a pan and fry the roulades all around until golden.
  5. Now deglaze with the broth and let simmer for about 1 hour.
  6. Add the rest of the cheese and the rest of the herbs to the sauce and bind with the creme fraiche so that the sauce becomes a little creamy
  7. We ate potatoes and mixed vegetables with it — Bon appetit; 🙂
