Stuffed Pork Roulades
The perfect stuffed pork roulades recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pork roulades
- 4 Discs Raw ham
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 750 ml Broth
- 200 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the roulades, dab and season with salt and pepper, NOT TOO MUCH, BECAUSE THE CHEESE AND HAM ARE SOME SALTY.
- Now put the ham on the roulades and spread some cheese on top. Save the rest of the cheese for the sauce
- Sprinkle with half of the washed and finely chopped herbs, roll up and secure with roulade needles.
- Heat some fat in a pan and fry the roulades all around until golden.
- Now deglaze with the broth and let simmer for about 1 hour.
- Add the rest of the cheese and the rest of the herbs to the sauce and bind with the creme fraiche so that the sauce becomes a little creamy
