Pork Roulades À La Heiko

- 4 Pork roulades
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Clove of garlic

- Clarified butter
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash and core the peppers and cut half of them into small cubes.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and season with salt, chilli and pepper. Now mix in the garlic, paprika and onions. Add the soy sauce and season again to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the carrots, celery and the rest of the bell pepper into large pieces and place in a baking dish. Add the vegetable stock and the wine.
- Lay out the roulades and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Now distribute the filling on the roulades, roll up and secure with roulade skewers. Now sauté the roulades in clarified butter and add them to the vegetables.
