Ingredients
- 35 dag Minced beef
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 2 Pc. Chopped garlic
- Herbs of your choice parsley basil
- 1 packet Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil for frying
- 1 Pc. Zucchini small
- 1 Pc. Spelled puff pastry
- Salt to taste
- Milled pepper to taste
Instructions
PREPARATION
- Fry the onion in a little rapeseed oil, add the minced meat and fry. Add the garlic, zucchini (cut) and the herbs, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Let cool down
COMPLETION
- Take the spelled puff pastry out of the packaging, divide it up and fill it with the minced meat. Remove the mozzarella from the packaging, cut into slices and spread over the minced meat. Now shape the dough into a strudel and place on a baking sheet, drizzle a little with water.
TO BAKE
- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Bake the strudel until the surface is nice and crispy brown.
- Divide into 3 parts and enjoy. We had a salad and a homemade Gorgonzola sauce with it. IT WAS OBERLICKER Have fun cooking.
