Plaice with Dried Tomatoes

The perfect plaice with dried tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Plaice fillets
  • 15 Pickled sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 Vine tomato
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 small Oil
  • Steak pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into large pieces, cut the garlic into small pieces, the tomato into slices and the onion into half rings.
  2. Fry the dried tomatoes with garlic and onion in oil.
  3. Put the fish in, reduce the heat. Add tomato slices and season well.
