Red Pesto with Dried Tomatoes
The perfect red pesto with dried tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Tomatoes pickled in oil
- 1 kl. Clove of garlic
- 3 tsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Chopped basil
- Parmesan
- 1 Splash Verjuice or lemon
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Breath Chili oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cut tomatoes and garlic and mix with the other ingredients. The quantities are difficult to determine here, but you can always taste it in between.
- I took about one tablespoon of Parmesan (in small pieces). The olive oil is then added gradually until you like the consistency. Of course a shot of chili oil too, hiii!
