Red Pesto with Dried Tomatoes

The perfect red pesto with dried tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Tomatoes pickled in oil
  • 1 kl. Clove of garlic
  • 3 tsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped basil
  • Parmesan
  • 1 Splash Verjuice or lemon
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Breath Chili oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut tomatoes and garlic and mix with the other ingredients. The quantities are difficult to determine here, but you can always taste it in between.
  2. I took about one tablespoon of Parmesan (in small pieces). The olive oil is then added gradually until you like the consistency. Of course a shot of chili oil too, hiii!
