- 250 g Plaice fillets
- 15 Pickled sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 Vine tomato
- 2 Toes Garlic fresh
- 1 small Red onion
- 1 small Oil
- Steak pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into large pieces, cut the garlic into small pieces, the tomato into slices and the onion into half rings.
- Fry the dried tomatoes with garlic and onion in oil.
- Put the fish in, reduce the heat. Add tomato slices and season well.
