Banana Cake with Cinnamon

The perfect banana cake with cinnamon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 230 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 piece Ripened bananas
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  1. Mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt, mix the soft butter and cinnamon and stir in the eggs. Mash and mix the bananas to a pulp, then add to the butter mixture, mix everything with the flour mixture and place in a buttered box cake tin. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes. Mix powdered sugar with water to form a smooth glaze and pour over the cooled cake.
