Banana – Peanut Butter – Chocolate – Cake

The perfect banana – peanut butter – chocolate – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 200 g Sugar white
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 Bananas
  • 150 g Peanut butter
  • 200 g Chocolate sprinkles whole milk
  • 25 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Sunflower oil
  1. Crush the bananas in a bowl and stir with the sour cream to a smooth mass. Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside. In a bowl, stir the peanut butter with a little oil and the egg yolks until it becomes smooth.
  2. Mix the banana mixture and the peanut mixture with 100 grams of sugar to a smooth mixture. Stir in the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve on the mixture and stir everything well.
  3. Fold in the chocolate grater. Mix the egg white with 100 grams of sugar until creamy and stir into the batter.
  4. Place the dough in a prepared wreath form, place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (fan oven) and bake for approx. 50 – 55 minutes. After the baking time, take it out of the oven, let it cool down in the tin for 15 minutes, remove the edge and let the cake cool on a cake rack.
