Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 200 g White sugar
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 Bananas
  • 150 g Peanut butter
  • 200 g Chocolate sprinkles whole milk
  • 25 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Crush the bananas in a bowl and stir with the sour cream to a smooth mass. Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside. In a bowl, stir the peanut butter with a little oil and the egg yolks until it becomes smooth.
  • Mix the banana mixture and the peanut mixture with 100 grams of sugar to a smooth mixture. Stir in the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve on the mixture and stir everything well.
  • Fold in the chocolate grater. Mix the egg white with 100 grams of sugar until creamy and stir into the batter.
  • Place the dough in a prepared wreath form, place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (fan oven) and bake for approx. 50 - 55 minutes. After the baking time, take it out of the oven, let it cool down in the tin for 15 minutes, remove the edge and let the cake cool on a cake rack.
