Banana – Peanut Butter – Chocolate – Cake
The perfect banana – peanut butter – chocolate – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar white
- 4 Free range eggs
- 200 g Sour cream
- 2 Bananas
- 150 g Peanut butter
- 200 g Chocolate sprinkles whole milk
- 25 Milliliters Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Sunflower oil
- Crush the bananas in a bowl and stir with the sour cream to a smooth mass. Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside. In a bowl, stir the peanut butter with a little oil and the egg yolks until it becomes smooth.
- Mix the banana mixture and the peanut mixture with 100 grams of sugar to a smooth mixture. Stir in the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve on the mixture and stir everything well.
- Fold in the chocolate grater. Mix the egg white with 100 grams of sugar until creamy and stir into the batter.
- Place the dough in a prepared wreath form, place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (fan oven) and bake for approx. 50 – 55 minutes. After the baking time, take it out of the oven, let it cool down in the tin for 15 minutes, remove the edge and let the cake cool on a cake rack.
