Summer Melon Freshness

The perfect summer melon freshness recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Low fat yogurt
  • 125 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 9 sheet Gelatin white
  • 1 piece Galia melon
  • 1 piece Honeydew melon
  • 3 tbsp Passion fruit syrup
  • 2 piece Lemon
  • 4 piece Glasses
  • 4 disc Lime
  • 4 sheet Mint
  • 4 piece Cantuccini
  1. Core, peel and cut the melons into pieces and puree 1 lemon with the juice.
  2. Soak 5 sheets of gelatine as instructed and then heat. Gradually add the yogurt, lemon juice and syrup, stir well, pour into glasses and chill.
  3. 3 min. Wait 30min. Then soak and heat 4 sheets of gelatine and gradually add 4 soup ladles of melon smoothie. Chill the rest of the melon and use it for something else 😉
  4. Distribute the melon evenly on the yoghurt and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Decorate (or leave) with mint, lime wedges and cantuccini and serve with a long spoon.
  6. Have fun with it 🙂
