Summer Melon Freshness
The perfect summer melon freshness recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Low fat yogurt
- 125 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 9 sheet Gelatin white
- 1 piece Galia melon
- 1 piece Honeydew melon
- 3 tbsp Passion fruit syrup
- 2 piece Lemon
- 4 piece Glasses
- 4 disc Lime
- 4 sheet Mint
- 4 piece Cantuccini
- Core, peel and cut the melons into pieces and puree 1 lemon with the juice.
- Soak 5 sheets of gelatine as instructed and then heat. Gradually add the yogurt, lemon juice and syrup, stir well, pour into glasses and chill.
- 3 min. Wait 30min. Then soak and heat 4 sheets of gelatine and gradually add 4 soup ladles of melon smoothie. Chill the rest of the melon and use it for something else 😉
- Distribute the melon evenly on the yoghurt and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate (or leave) with mint, lime wedges and cantuccini and serve with a long spoon.
