Summer Salad with Melon and Chicken Breast Fillet

The perfect summer salad with melon and chicken breast fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dressing

  • 0,5 Melon
  • 5 Vine tomatoes
  • 1 Peach
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 100 g Feta
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash, clean and cut vegetables to the desired size. Crumble the feta cheese over it.
  2. Cut the chicken breast filletl (if desired) into strips and fry with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the dressing and drizzle over the salad just before serving. Spread the chicken strips over the salad. Good Appetite 🙂
