Vegan: Dinner – Broccoli Salad with Vegan Cream Cheese on Bread

Broccoli salad

  • 1 piece Broccoli
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Apple cider vinegar, naturally cloudy or similar
  • 1 piece Apricot kernel oil or similar
  • 1 piece Ground pepper
  • 1 Sip From the vegetable broth

  • 2 Discs Loaf
  • 2 tbsp Vegan cream cheese
