Vegan: Dinner – Broccoli Salad with Vegan Cream Cheese on Bread
The perfect vegan: dinner – broccoli salad with vegan cream cheese on bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Broccoli salad
- 1 piece Broccoli
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 1 piece Apple cider vinegar, naturally cloudy or similar
- 1 piece Apricot kernel oil or similar
- 1 piece Ground pepper
- 1 Sip From the vegetable broth
to
- 2 Discs Loaf
- 2 tbsp Vegan cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Radishes for decoration
- Wash the broccoli and cut off the stem, put the florets in cold vegetable stock, bring to the boil briefly, remove with a slotted spoon and let cool down – I made lunch and put it in the refrigerator.
- Then cut the florets into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add the finely chopped onion, a little vinegar and oil, freshly ground pepper and marinate well.
- I added a sip of the vegetable stock (cold).
Serving
- Arrange the broccoli on a plate, add a slice of bread, top it with the vegan cream cheese and cut some radishes as a decoration – you can prepare well and with the heat also the best
