Green Beans

The perfect green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Green beans
  • 1 small Onion
  • 15 g Butter
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 branch Savory
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  1. Clean the beans and break them into large pieces. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Heat the butter in a casserole and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add beans and hot broth. Let simmer over a mild heat for about 30 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, place the savory on the beans and allow to cook. Season the beans with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
