Green Beans
The perfect green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Green beans
- 1 small Onion
- 15 g Butter
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 branch Savory
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- Clean the beans and break them into large pieces. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Heat the butter in a casserole and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add beans and hot broth. Let simmer over a mild heat for about 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, place the savory on the beans and allow to cook. Season the beans with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
