Souvlaki
The perfect souvlaki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
marinade
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 1 piece Yellow peppers
- Salt and pepper
- Ground caraway
- 5 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 tbsp Oil canola or olive oil
- Paprika powder
- 3 toes Garlic fresh
- Cut the neck steaks into cubes and mix with the spices from the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Peel and halve the onion, remove the halves slice by slice.
- Wash the peppers and cut into square pieces.
- Then alternate meat, onion and paprika on skewers.

- When the skewers are well done, serve with tzatziki and flatbread. It really only tastes good with neck steaks.
