Cretan Chicken Souvlaki
The perfect cretan chicken souvlaki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Raw ham
- 4 Pc. Wooden skewers
- Pepper from the grinder
- Little salt
- Some oregano
- Water the wooden skewers well, then the meat can be removed more easily afterwards.
- Cut the chicken into 4 cm cubes. Salt lightly – carefully, the ham brings enough salt – pepper well. If you like, you can also season with oregano.
- Wrap the chicken cubes individually with the ham and stick them on the wooden skewers. Fry in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- I served a Greek salad with it – it fits.
