Vegan: Fried Tofu Rice Balls
The perfect vegan: fried tofu rice balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Herb tofu
- 100 g Cooked rice
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 handful Peppers small
- 1 handful Ground pepper
- Crumble the tofu in a bowl, add the cooked rice with the chopped onion and the spices, knead everything into a dough and form small balls.
- Bake these in a pan with oil.
- 3rd tip: in this case I halved the balls in the pan, so the frying goes faster.
- This recipe was also part of a veggie evening with friends, because these are also easy to prepare.
