Vegan: Fried Tofu Rice Balls

The perfect vegan: fried tofu rice balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Herb tofu
  • 100 g Cooked rice
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 handful Peppers small
  • 1 handful Ground pepper
  1. Crumble the tofu in a bowl, add the cooked rice with the chopped onion and the spices, knead everything into a dough and form small balls.
  2. Bake these in a pan with oil.
  3. 3rd tip: in this case I halved the balls in the pan, so the frying goes faster.
  4. This recipe was also part of a veggie evening with friends, because these are also easy to prepare.
