Berries – Sour Cream – Cake
The perfect berries – sour cream – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Quark-oil dough .
- 100 g Lowfat quark
- 65 g Oil
- 65 g Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 220 g Sifted flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 6 g Baking powder
- 4 drops Vanilla flavor
- 3 drops Lemon flavor
Match with:
- 600 g Soft fruit
Cast:
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 35 g Sugar
- 20 g Custard powder
- 0,5 Pc. Vanilla pod scraped out
- 400 g Sour cream
Just chipped !!
- 100 g Cream
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients together to form a quark-oil batter. This is best done with a dough hook. Then knead again briefly by hand and let rest for 20 minutes.
Berry :
- I have used frozen berries, they are thawed in a colander to drain, do not use juice.
- Roll out the dough and place in a greased dish. Then cover with berries, they should be close together.
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla pulp & pudding powder until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice + sour cream. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Now distribute the mass over the berries, but do not use a spatula, but distribute the mass by shaking. Then the berries do not give off as much color.
- Bake the cake at 160 ° C for about 45 minutes. My cake pan was 31 cm.
