Quark Dip with Chilli, Tomatoes and Peppers
The perfect quark dip with chilli, tomatoes and peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark lean
- 3 piece Rawit chilli peppers or another hot variety of chilli
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Paprika, fresh, grated
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- Put all the ingredients in a tall container and use the hand blender to puree for about 5 minutes.
- You can also replace the chilli with 0.5 teaspoons of chilli powder.
- This dip tastes good with raw vegetables and spread thinly on kneckle bread.
