Ingredients
- 6 small Apples
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 50 g Marzipan
- 50 g Raisins
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 3 tbsp Agave syrup
- 2 Egg whites
Dough:
- 200 g Whole Wheat Butter Cookies
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- For the dough, chop up the biscuits and mix with the agave syrup and the egg.
- Grease a shape, 26 cm for us, and grease the edge. Spread the dough on the bottom and the wall and press firmly.
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and cover the dough with baking foil, place a round baking dish in it and prebake for about 10 minutes. Otherwise the floor will rise a little and stay level.
- Cut out the apples and fill with the finely chopped marzipan and raisin mixture. Brush the cut surface with lemon juice, otherwise it will turn brown.
- Whip the cream until stiff and add the pulp of the vanilla pods. Fold in the sour cream and slowly fold in the whipped egg whites, sweet with agave syrup.
- Pour the mixture over the apples and bake at 150 ° C for about 35 minutes.
