Ingredients

  • 6 small Apples
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 50 g Marzipan
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 200 ml Sour cream
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 3 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 2 Egg whites

Dough:

  • 200 g Whole Wheat Butter Cookies
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • For the dough, chop up the biscuits and mix with the agave syrup and the egg.
  • Grease a shape, 26 cm for us, and grease the edge. Spread the dough on the bottom and the wall and press firmly.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and cover the dough with baking foil, place a round baking dish in it and prebake for about 10 minutes. Otherwise the floor will rise a little and stay level.
  • Cut out the apples and fill with the finely chopped marzipan and raisin mixture. Brush the cut surface with lemon juice, otherwise it will turn brown.
  • Whip the cream until stiff and add the pulp of the vanilla pods. Fold in the sour cream and slowly fold in the whipped egg whites, sweet with agave syrup.
  • Pour the mixture over the apples and bake at 150 ° C for about 35 minutes.
