Salmon with Exotic Yogurt Dip
The perfect salmon with exotic yogurt dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Skinless salmon fillet
- 300 g Natural yoghurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Wash the salmon and pat dry with kitchen paper. Mix the yoghurt with the lemon juice and the chilli, paprika and coriander powder. Pour it over the salmon and cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Drain the marinade a little and cook the salmon on a grill on all sides for a total of 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
