Baking: Chocolate Muffins with Buttercream

  • 125 g Margarine
  • Or butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 25 g Cocoa powder
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 crowd Buttercream according to RZ in my KB
  1. For the dough, beat the margarine / butter together with the sugar until frothy. Then hide the eggs.
  2. Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir in thoroughly.
  3. Now put the dough in 12 muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 18-20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the buttercream according to the recipe (… filling: buttercream …), for this I used raspberry pudding powder.
  5. Spray the buttercream on the completely cooled muffins and decorate as desired.
