Mint Sorbet with Lemon Juice

The perfect mint sorbet with lemon juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Sugar fine
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 bunch Leaves of mint
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  1. First, dissolve the sugar with the water while stirring, bring to the boil and allow to cool.
  2. Wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Put as many leaves in the sugar syrup that they are just covered with it.
  3. Let the mixture stand for 24 hours, then strain it and stir in the lemon juice.
  4. Put the liquid in a container and let it freeze in the freezer for 4-5 hours, stirring several times.
  5. Cut the balls and serve in a bowl.
