Tortellini with Tofu & Mushrooms
The perfect tortellini with tofu & mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Tortellini vegetarian
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 75 g Smoked tofu
- 10 piece Mushrooms
- 100 g Peas
- 100 ml Soy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet
- In the meantime, dice the smoked tofu, finely slice the mushrooms, chop the parsley
- Fry the tofu cubes, then fry the mushrooms in the same way
- Add peas, stir and warm up, then deglaze with soy cream, season with salt & pepper, add parsley
- Add the finished tortellini & serve
