Tortellini with Tofu & Mushrooms

The perfect tortellini with tofu & mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Tortellini vegetarian
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 75 g Smoked tofu
  • 10 piece Mushrooms
  • 100 g Peas
  • 100 ml Soy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Chopped parsley
  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet
  2. In the meantime, dice the smoked tofu, finely slice the mushrooms, chop the parsley
  3. Fry the tofu cubes, then fry the mushrooms in the same way
  4. Add peas, stir and warm up, then deglaze with soy cream, season with salt & pepper, add parsley
  5. Add the finished tortellini & serve
