Turkey Schnitzel with Lemon Sauce

The perfect turkey schnitzel with lemon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 4 Turkey schnitzel
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 6 Stems Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash the lemon in hot water, squeeze half of it. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry. Place in a bowl and pour orange and lemon juice over them. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
