Turkey Schnitzel with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 4 Turkey schnitzel
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 6 Stems Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lemon in hot water, squeeze half of it. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry. Place in a bowl and pour orange and lemon juice over them. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Cut the remaining lemon half into wedges. Thyme, wash, dry and pluck the leaves off. Pat the schnitzel dry, set the marinade aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat in it for 3-4 minutes. Fry the lemon wedges and thyme briefly.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper, remove. Deglaze the roast with the marinade, bring to the boil. Take the pan off the heat, beat the butter in pieces into the sauce.
  • Taste. In addition who would like baguette and salad.
