Orange Mustard Seitan
The perfect orange mustard seitan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Seitan
- 50 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 50 ml White wine dry
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Mustard coarse
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- Cut the garlic into thin slices. Combine all ingredients except the seitan to create a smooth liquid.
- Cut the sides into slices and let them steep in the marinade for at least 5 hours.
- Then grill or fry. A sauce can be made from the remaining marinade by simply boiling the marinade briefly.
